This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for lawyers and legal professionals who choose to partner with Lawiz, a platform owned and operated by JAGAN TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
All lawyers listed on Lawiz, a product of JAGAN TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, who receive leads or client inquiries through the platform agree to a revenue-sharing model. A commission of 15% of the client’s first billed legal service amount is payable to Lawiz for each successful lead conversion.
Payment is due within 7 working days of successful client engagement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Commission percentages may vary for selected lawyers based on listing tier, volume of leads, ongoing performance, or strategic partnership. Custom terms can be negotiated by writing to jagan.jagantech@gmail.com.
All commission payments must be made via Payment Gateway (PG) or Net Banking only. No cash payments or UPI transfers to personal accounts are accepted under any circumstances.
Non-payment of due commission within the specified period will result in blacklisting and removal from the Lawiz platform without further notice.
All payments made for lawyer listings, promotional placements, or commission settlements are non-refundable.
Lawiz offers both free and premium listings. Premium listing features, such as top placement, enhanced profiles, and location-based prioritization, are available via separate paid subscription plans.
Lawiz does not guarantee that every lead will convert into a client. The platform only facilitates initial discovery and communication. Client engagement, service terms, and outcome depend solely on the lawyer's professional conduct.
Failure to comply with revenue-sharing obligations will result in suspension, blacklisting, and permanent delisting of the lawyer from the platform. Recovery action may be initiated in cases of willful default.
All payments made for promotions, advertisements, or premium features are non-refundable. Please review all terms before making a payment.
Lawiz acts only as a technology aggregator and does not assume any legal responsibility or liability for the advice, performance, or conduct of listed lawyers.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
